Cooking Instructions

Start by making your icing by combining the whip cream and dark chocolate and cook it in medium heat until it is completely combined. Let it cool and proceed with combining the salted butter, cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Start with low speed and gradually increase the speed but first add the chocolate mixture. Once it is mixed, set it aside.

Add all your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix it then sift it twice. Then in another bowl, combine all your wet ingredients. Mix it thoroughly then combined the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Mix it together and to remove any lumps, strain the mixture.

Place the mixture into your cupcake mold while preheating your oven at 375 degrees. Bake the cupcakes for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove it from the pan and place it in your cooling rack. Let it cool before applying your icing on it.

Place your icing in a piping bag and use a star shape and start applying the icing to your cupcake one by one until you have completely used up all your icing. Let it settle down for about 30 minutes before sharing. Enjoy.
