Ingredients

25 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmoong dal
  2. 1 glasswater
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  5. 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  6. 1capsicum
  7. 1onion
  8. 1tomato
  9. 2green chilli

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak dhuli moong dal in water for 4 hours. Discard water and grind it in a mixer with 2 green chilli and 1" ginger piece.

    Add all chopped vegetables and dry masale and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat the griddle and grease it. Spread 2-3 to sp mixture and spread round. Cook from both sides by flipping each side carefully.

    Serve hot with chutney.
