Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 1/2 boxcurry roux
  2. (used medium spicy Java Curry this time)
  3. 1onion
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1.1 lbsground meat (about 500g)
  6. 1 3/4 cupswater (450ml)
  7. Cheese, to taste
  8. Egg yolk, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the onion and carrot.

    Sauté the chopped vegetables and ground meat.

    Once the meat changes color, add 1 1/4 cups water (300ml) and the roux to the mixture, and simmer on low heat.

    When the liquid reduces, add 2/3 cup water (150ml) and simmer again.
