  2. 2 tablespooncrayfish (ground)
  3. 2 cubemaggi
  4. 1small bunch pumpkin
  5. 1big onion bulb
  6. 5fresh pepper
  7. 1/2 cuppalm oil

    Get pressure pot add plenty water,wash beans and put inside the pressure pot make sure the water is above the beans.Then place on heat.Turn off heat after 10min and allow to get cold

    Wash pumpkin with salt and slice thinly.wash onion and chop,wash pepper and blend.

    Wash beans and drain.Get another pot pour the drained beans,add little water,salt,maggi,pepper,place on heat.

    Allow to boil for 5min then add crayfish,onion,palm oil allow to boil for 3min then pour ur sliced pumpkin leaf stir and turn off heat immediately.

    Porridge beans is ready so so fast and delicious try pressure pot for cooking beans.
