Crispy Fried Noodles with Thick Sauce Crispy Fried Noodles with Thick Sauce
My family loves fried noodles with thick sauce but I couldn't reach their expectation. They have always hoped to have restaurant-quality dishes at home and I finally managed to make this recipe after a lot of trial and error.Fry the noodles over high to medium heat until crispy. Don't move the noodle so often while frying to brown the surface of the noodles. I recommend using two non-stick frying pans at the same time, but if using just one, fry the noodles first, transfer onto a plate and then make the sauce to pour on top. Homemade Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce Homemade Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
I've been making homemade pasta for about 15 years. Since I've made it so many times, I've learned to judge the amount of the flour and water to use in the different climate and the required kneading time or resting time. It's a lot of work, but is quite delicious and I came up with a sauce that goes well with this homemade pasta too. The pasta makes for a great gift as well! It's really good if you can combine 3 or more different kinds of mushrooms. Homemade pasta takes a lot of effort to make, but once you get used to it after making many times, you will be surprised how delicious it is!The cooking liquid is a part of the seasoning so avoid draining too much of it. For 4 servings. Recipe by TetoNZ cookpad.japan -
Cod with Mushroom Cream Sauce Cod with Mushroom Cream Sauce
I bought some good looking cod...but I don't have a big fish recipe repertoire. So I just tried making something that I thought would be delicious. I rarely go to a fancy restaurant since I have to take care of my children...so I just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere at least at home. This is so easy! Please use white wine rather than sake if possible. Cooked cod falls apart easily, so brush some oil on your fish grill beforehand to prevent the cod from sticking to it, and it will be easier to remove intact. I do this very carefully with a spatula. For 4 fillets of cod. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -
