Ingredients

  2. 1small tin tomatoes
  3. 10fresh tomatoes
  4. 3tatashe
  5. 5fresh pepper
  6. 2onions
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 2cksp veg oil
  9. 4knorr cube
  10. pinchthyme
  11. 1 tspcurry powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and spice beef and cook once its cooked through, turn off heat; heat up a frying pan add vegetable oil and fry beef till its fried through; set aside

    Blend tomatoes, pepper, tatashe and onions; perboil in a pot and once the water is dried up, heat up veg oil used in frying meat, pour the boiled paste and allow it fry till it looses the sour taste

    Add tin tomatoes paste and stir continously till you have the right taste; add salt, knorr cube, thyme and curry, stir in the beef stock and the fried dry meat

  4. 4

    Stir your stew and allow it simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes, turn off heat and serve stew with rice
