Ingredients

  1. 15 piecessnail
  2. Bunchvegetable(sliced)
  3. 1/4Palm oil
  4. 5 spoonsCrayfish
  5. 3yellow pepper
  6. 1/2 kgMeat
  7. 1 cubemaggi
  8. Bunchwater leaf (sliced)
  9. 1small bulb of onions
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Break and wash the snail with alom very well.boil the meat and snail together with salt,Maggi and onions.

    Place a dry pot on fire.pour in oil allow for 2mins then pour in the onions.

    Then put water leaf stir and allow to fry till the water from the leaf drys.

    Then put the crayfish,pepper,Maggi and salt and stir

  5. 5

    Allow to boil for few mins then put the snail and meat stir very well and pour in the vegetable stir and bring down immediately.
