Ingredients

  1. Bunchwaterleaf (sliced)
  2. Bunchukazi (sliced)
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 2smoked fish
  5. 1/4palmoil
  6. 1small bulb of onion
  7. 4 teaspooncrayfish
  8. 2 headstock fish
  9. 1 cubemaggi
  10. 1 kgmeat
  11. 1/2 kgcow leg meat
  12. 3fresh yellow pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the meat,stockfish and cow leg meat with salt,Maggi,onions and Maggi cube.

    In a separate pot,Boil water leaf till the water in it dries very well.(please don't add water)

    Add the sliced ukazi leaf and crayfish stir very well.

    Add palm oil and cover for 5mins,then add meat,stockfish,cow leg meat and Maggi,salt,smoked fish,pepper.

    Allow to boil for 3mins stir and bring down.
