Ingredients

  1. 10okro seeds
  2. 10seeds medium sized pepper
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  5. 1/2medium sized onion
  6. 1/2kilo meat(goat meat)
  7. 1 handfulcrayfish (grinded)
  8. 2 cubesknot Maggi (4 pieces in all)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your okro fruits and slice

  2. 2

    Wash your meat and cook till it tenders

  3. 3

    Wash the crayfish, pepper and grind

  4. 4

    Slice your onions

  5. 5

    In the meat stock add your pepper, and other ingredient apart from the sliced okro

  6. 6

    Add your palm oil and allow to boil

  7. 7

    Add the sliced okro and allow for 5 - 10 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve hot with either semovita, Eba or pounded yam etc
