  1. 10fresh okra
  2. 1/2kilo goat meat
  3. 4cube maggi
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. fresh pepper
  6. 1onion bulb medium
  7. 1 tablespoonground crayfish
  8. 1 bunchpumpkin leaf
  9. 1/4cup palm oil

    Wash and blend pepper and onion

    Wash and slice pumpkin leaf

  3. 3

    Wash meat thoroughly and put in a clean pot,add maggi and salt add little water and place on heat allow to boil for 15 min

  4. 4

    Add blended ingredient,add crayfish allow to boil for 5 min,add oil allow to heat for 3 min add okra allow to heat for 5 min

  5. 5

    Lastly add pumpkin leaf allow to heat for 1 min turn off heat

  6. 6

    Okra is ready very easy to prepare and so so delicious.

    Can be eaten with semo,eba,wheat,fufu etc
