Ingredients

40 minutes
for 3 servings
  1. 1/2cabbage
  2. 3eggs
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 2onions
  5. Dania
  6. 1 tablespoonsalt
  7. 500 mlcooking fat
  8. unga for cooking ugali and three cups of water

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the half cabbage

  2. 2

    Dice all the spices into a bowl

  3. 3

    Break the three eggs into a different bowl and whisk well to mix

  4. 4

    Fry the cooking fat and fry the spices in the bowl.

  5. 5

    Cook the eggs first for five minutes and add the cabbage and allow to cook for the next ten minutes

  6. 6

    When the veges is cooked boil the three cups of water and cook ugali for the next 25 minutes

  7. 7

    Warm the veges and serve the meal while hot
