Ingredients

  1. 1 halfpart of a full cabbage chopped into smaller pieces
  2. 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 2large tomatoes
  5. 1large onion
  6. 1royce cube

Cooking Instructions

    Place sufuria on a medium heat then add oil.

  2. 2

    Add sliced onions and heat until they are a little brown then add chopped tomatoes.

    Cover the sufuria for 3 minutes to allow them to tender

  4. 4

    Add chopped cabbage and stir to mix.

  5. 5

    Add I/4cup of water and cover it again for 5mins.

  6. 6

    Remove them from the heat then serve while its still hot with ugali
