Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsyellow moong dal
  2. 175 gmssugar
  3. 150 gmsghee
  4. 50 gmsmawa
  5. 1 tspcardmom powder
  6. 4 tbspalmond and pista flakes
  7. 4 cupsboiling water

Cooking Instructions

    Coarsely grind moong dal like semolina

  2. 2

    In a deep pan add ghee

  3. 3

    Let ghee become hot

  4. 4

    Add powdered moong dal

  5. 5

    Roast it on slow flame till it changes colour into golden

  6. 6

    Add hot water

  7. 7

    When water is absorbed add mawa and mix properly and add sugar

  8. 8

    Sugar will leave water keep on mixing till it becomes dough like and pan leaves ghee in its sides

  9. 9

    Add cardmom powder

  10. 10

    Add almond and pistachio flakes and serve hot
