  1. Afang
  2. Waterleaf
  3. Meat
  4. Pomo
  5. Stock fish
  6. Dryfish
  7. Maggi
  8. Pepper
  9. Salt and oil
  10. Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your meat, pomo, stockfish and dry fish and put into a pot add your Maggi salt and pepper then place on the fire. Pls don't add onions o.

    Then you now wash your waterleaf cut and drain d water.

  3. 3

    The afang should be cut pound or u blend in market

  4. 4

    If the meat is cooked, add your waterleaf and crayfish maggi and pepper cover to steam a little then u add your oil and allow to boil well.

  5. 5

    Then u add your blended afang and stir very well then taste for salt. Allow to cook for 2min only.
