Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsPork diced
  2. 2 tbspOlive Oil or Cooking Oil
  3. 3 cupChicken Stock
  4. 1 tspPaprika
  5. 1 tspPepper
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 2 cupMixed Frozen Vegetables
  8. 2 tbspMild Mustard
  9. 4 tspCornflour (to thicken)
  10. 1 cupSweet White Wine
  11. 1 cupSour Cream
  12. 1 largeOnion diced

Cooking Instructions

    Combine Sour Cream, Paprika, Pepper and Salt in a bowl.

    Heat large pan with olive oil, add diced pork and diced onions, fry until pork is light brown.

    Add Mustard and stir well.

  4. 4

    Stir in Sour Cream mixture.

  5. 5

    Cover with Stock and bring to boil.

  6. 6

    Add frozen vegetables.

  7. 7

    Add Cornflour and stir until nice and thickened (not to thick)

    Add Wine.

  9. 9

    Keep heat on high and keep on stirring for another 3-5 minutes.

    Serve with Rice or Noodles.

This was very tasty! It was a little spicier than we expected, but that was a great thing. It took much longer than 20 minutes to cook, though.
