Cooking Instructions

Take and wash 2 stalks of celery.

Cut ends off of celery to desired length.

Slice both stalks in half. Leaving you with 4 smaller stalks.

Take peanutbutter and spread down middle of each stalk.

Take raisins or desired topping and drop or press onto peanutbutter.

Refrigerate and finished!

Substitute peanutbutter for preserves. Raisins for dried fruit or crushed pretzels.

Buttered Anchovies, Eggs with a side of Hotdog Rounds
A delicious egg recipe. No need to add any salt here. The anchovies are just enough salt and as you probably already know whenever you fry hotdogs whole or in pieces they taste salty enough. Oh and I did use salted butter.

Ρολό με κρέμα (πουρέ) κάστανου και σαντιγί!!!!Λίγα μυστικά ακόμαΒοηθάει να τυλιχτεί ο κορμό όταν βάλετε τις κρέμες μέσα σε μία λαδόκολλα τυλίγεται ποίο εύκολα. Kαι τον πουρέ κάστανου μπορείτε να τον βρείτε έτοιμο σε βαζάκι στο σούπερ μάρκετ αν δεν έχετε χρόνο να το φτιάξετε. Αν θέλετε φτιάχνετε την κρέμα κάστανου την τοποθετήστε σε βαζάκια και την διατηρείτε στο ψυγείο. Η συνταγή (με 1 κιλό κάστανα) φτιάχνει 1μιση κιλό κρέμα κάστανου. Xρησιμοποιούμε ένα ταψάκι διαστάσεις 30χ40 cm για το ρολό. Καλή Επιτυχία !!!
