This is one of the savory dipping sauce for your grilled or fried meat,Thai style omelet or even mix with the cooked rice is heavenly yummy. Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce Grilled Pork with Fish Sauce
I love shio-buta (salt-cured pork), but adjusting the amount of salt is difficult. So I tried using nam pla for the marinade, and it went very well and the result was delicious. After marinating (or abandoning it?) for a week, it became really nice.It starts to mature after 3 days, so please let it marinate for at least that long. Please adjust the cooking time and temperature depending on your oven.I used the "two-way heat" setting on my oven, which doesn't require preheating. For about 10 slices. Recipe by Nekoyanagi shouten cookpad.japan
