Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsegusi
  2. 1/2 teaspoonAchi
  3. Sliced Vegetable(ugu)
  4. 2cksp Crayfish
  5. 4fresh Pepper
  6. 2Knorr seasoning
  7. leafUziza
  8. 1/4 kgMeat
  9. 2Dry fish
  10. 1Onion
  11. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash vegetable with enough water and salt.

    Slice the vegetable nicely with a sharp knife.

  3. 3

    Use warm water and salt to wash the dry fish.

  4. 4

    Boil meat and dryfish with onion,meat and salt.boil till the meat softens.

  5. 5

    Heat up pot and pour in palmoil.bleach for 2minutes and pour in the egusi.

    Fry for at least 3-5minutes.

    Pour in the meat with stock.add more water enough for the soup and boil.

    Sprinkle ago and boil,the soup will be thick after at least 5minutes.

    Allow it to boil very well and add pepper,Maggi,crayfish and salt.

    Boil very well again add uziza leaf.boil for another 2minutes.

    Pour in the ugu.stir and put off the heat.serve with garri,fufu or poundo yam.
