  1. 100 gramsbutter
  2. 50 gramssoft brown sugar
  3. 125 gramsall-purpose flour
  4. 1 pinchground nutmeg
  5. 1 pinchground cinnamon
  6. 2 pinchground ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 160°C or gas mark 6. Mix spices into sugar.

    Dice butter. Cream butter and spiced sugar together.

  3. 3

    Mix in flour. Use hands to knead mixture to smooth consistency.

  4. 4

    Roll out to about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out your shapes and place on baking tray.

  5. 5

    Bake for 10-15min. Sprinkle with a little brown sugar while they cool.
