Pick beans,boil pot in a pressure pot.

As is boiling pour in the beans.cover it tightly.

Boil for 25minutes.rinse off the water.wash with a clean water.

Slice and wash yam.slice in cubes.

Boil water in a normal pot,pour in the parboiled beans.

Slice aonion,grate ginger and garlic..pour inside the beans and cover it to boil.

After 10mins,pour in the yam.add crayfish,pepper,salt,and maggi

Allow it to boil very well.at least 8 -12minutes.stir with a wooden stirrer and pour in palmoil.

Cover it.after 2mimutes stir very well.porriage beans and yam is ready.
