    Put eggs yolk in the blender and mix for a minute

    Add soft sugar and lemon zest and continue mixing til it become white

    Add hot water. And mix Then add lemon juice. And. Mix

    Add flour and baking powder and mix

    Mix the eggs white til it became like snow white and at the blend and mix it by wooden spoon

    But the blend in a cake bowl and put in oven for 15 minute or twenty

    Cut it from the half and put half of syrup And jam then the other half and add the rest of syrup then cover it with cream

    Mix the coffee with hot water (3 spoon) and add coco nut til it became dry Then decorate the torte
