Ingredients

  1. 2 lbpork loin
  2. 1 tbsphoney
  3. 1 tbspbacon-molasses grill seasoning
  4. 2 tsponion powder
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 2 tsppaprika
  7. 2 tsporange peel seasoning
  8. 1/2 tspground celery seed
  9. 1salt and pepper
  10. 1vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Toss pork loin in enough vegetable oil to cover.

    Season. Roast at 350° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 145-155°

    Glaze with honey during last five minutes of cooking.

    Let rest five minutes before slicing against the grain.
