Ingredients

2 servings
  1. sirloin
  2. 2/3 lbground sirloin
  3. spices
  4. 1/4 tsponion powder
  5. 1/4 tspgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1/4 tspground black pepper, fresh
  7. condiments
  8. 1 mediumkosher pickle
  9. 1/3 cupsliced pickled jalapeños
  10. 2 slicesliced cheese
  11. 1 tspmayonnaise
  12. 1 tbspbarbecue sauce, your favorite
  13. 1/2 tspyellow prepared mustard
  14. 1/2 tspseasoned salt
  15. topping
  16. 1 1/2 tbspcanned cranberry sauce with whole berries

Cooking Instructions

    Form the sirloin into 2 patties.

  2. 2

    Pan fry sirloin. Cook 2 minutes and turn seson with a quarter of the seasonings per side. Pan fry that side 3 minutes turn and season the other side. Repeat with second sirloin patty

    When the first patty is done remove to a plate, add 1 slice of cheese. Add half the jalapeños, slice pickles longways. Add mayonnaise, and mustard.

    Add second sirloin patty when its done. Add second slice of cheese. Then the rest of the jalapeños and top with cranberry sauce.
