Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspPure maple syrup
  2. 1 tbspLow sodium soy sauce
  3. 2 tbspLemon juice
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 1/4 tspGround pepper
  6. 2 ozChicken breast

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in the bowl.

    Marinate chicken for 2 hours, flipping over once.

    Use cooking spray, with medium heat. Cook each side for about 5 minutes.
