Ingredients

  1. ingredients
  2. 1/4 lbsalted butter
  3. 1 mediumsized green cabbage, sliced
  4. 1 largeonion, sliced
  5. 1 lbpolish kielbasa
  6. 2 lbpre cooked pierogi.....from grocers freezer section
  7. 1 tbspsalt
  8. 1/2 tbsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    In large saute pan melt butter and cook onions until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add cabbage and cook covered until cabbage wilts. Just a few minutes.

    Transfer onion and cabbage into 13"by 9 "roasting pan.

  5. 5

    Top with pierogi, salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Slice kielbasa into large chunks and add.

  7. 7

    Cook, covered for half an hour.

  8. 8

    Place under broiler for 2 minutes to get a golden color on top.

  9. 9

    Serve and enjoy!
