I made one regular and one strawberry cheesecake for this pic!

It takes you 10 minutes to prepare this yummy cheese cake when you are on a rush!

This no bake cheesecake recipe makes one large (heaping) cheesecake or two thin cakes. Or can also make 24 cupcakes. Recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc. Enjoy! 🍰

Cheesecake is my #1 favorite dessert. I cant always find good cheesecakes around my area and baking one from scratch is to time consuming. I decided to experiment and I came up with this sweet and slightly zippy No Bake-Cheesecake filling.

Instead of a springform pan I used cupcake holders and topped them with my chocolate ganache then decorated for a wedding/ baby shower celebration :hungry

I posted the strawberry version of my no-bake cheesecake recipe, but I also wanted to show my photo of the plain version.Bring the yogurt and heavy cream to room temperature. A difference in temperature of the ingredients at Step 9 will cause lumps to form. If you want to use granulated sugar instead of caster or superfine sugar, use 70 g.
