  1. 4cksp left over goat meat stew
  2. 5eggs
  3. veg oil for frying
  4. dashsalt
  5. boiled yam to serve with

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, break egg and whisk then set aside.

    Place pot or frying pan back on heat, add the left over stew after a minutes add eggs and scrambled everything together

  3. 3

    Add salt if necessary

  4. 4

    Once the egg is cooked, remove from heat and serve with boiled yam
