Ingredients

  1. 1 headcauliflower
  2. 3 tbspvirgin olive oil
  3. 1 tbspkosher salt
  4. 1/2 tbspfreshly cracked pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Line baking pan with foil. (Optional.)

  3. 3

    Cut cauliflower head in half, and then break into florets. Ideal floret size for this recipe is about 1 1/2 inches each.

    Combine olive oil, salt, and pepper in bowl.

  5. 5

    Toss cauliflower florets with oil mixture.

  6. 6

    Put florets onto baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once midway.
