Boil the chicken and seasoning with salt, seasoning and onions until it is cooked and the meat stock is completely dry

Put hot water in a bowl and add the vermicelli then cover for 4-5 minutes to soften and drain the water

Pour the vermicelli into the meatstock and stir well then allow to simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes and turn off heat

Lightly wet the rice paper and then start wrapping in the rice paper,
