Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 cupsBeans
  2. 2 cupsRice
  3. 8 piecesFresh tomatoes
  4. 4 piecesFresh pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonCurry
  6. 2big pieces Ginger
  7. 2small pieces Tumeric
  8. 1Garlic
  9. 2cksp Crayfish
  10. Salt
  11. 3Stock cubes
  12. 1sizeable titus fish
  13. 1bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the beans for 30minutes with a pressure pot.allow it to cool and wash.

    Boil the rice for 10-15minutes,wash and keep aside.

    Blend the crayfish separately

  4. 4

    Wash and blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper, and tumeric,ginger and garlic.

    Spice up the fish onion,bay leaves,salt,stock cubes.boil it for 3minutes.

    Boil the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper for 25minutes.add vegetable oil to it and fry for 4minutes.add the onion fry for 2minutes.

    Be stirring as well,pour in the fish stock and measured out water for the cooking.

    Boil it for 5minutes,put all the ingredients lastly crayfish.

  9. 9

    After 4minutes,pour in the beans mix up very well and boil for at least 10minutes,check for salt and pour in the rice.

    Mix it up very well and add tge last stock cubes.cover and boil for 10minutes.

    Check if both the seeds of the beans and rice has soften by now.onces soft and tge water dried up.turn off the heat.
