best method for poached eggs!!!

a tasty breakfast, lunch or supper!! perfect eggs everytime!
Cooking Instructions

put a frying pan filled halfway with water on the oven rings, start to heat the water and just before it reaches boiling place the two eggs in the water (in their shells) and roll backwards and forwards with a spoon about 5 times and then hook out and place onto the side for about 30secs

now the waters bubbling pick up the egg and crack it into the pan (carefull egg shell will be hot!!) by doing this the egg has already started to cook so now when adding it to the water its creates a sort of seal so you dont lose all your white!! i let mine bubble away of medium heat for 8mins as i like them well done, but adjust to suit yourself!

i then simply toast some bread, smear with butter, place the egg on top and sprinkle with salt!! since my dad showed me this method i have perfect poached eggs everytime!!
