  1. Dressing
  2. 1/3 cuporange juice
  3. 1 tbspred-wine vinegar
  4. 2 tbsphazelnut, almond or canola oil
  5. 1 tspdijon mustard
  6. 1 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1fresh ground pepper for taste
  8. 10 cupspinach leaves (about 8 oz)
  9. 8baby radishes(one bunch) sliced
  10. 1 smallripe mango, sliced
  11. 1 mediumavocado, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    To prepare dressing: whisk juice, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.

    Prepare salad by tossing spinach, radishes, and mango in large bowl.

    Add dressing, toss to coat.

    Garnish with avocado slices.
