Ingredients

  2. 4 cupCurd
  3. 1 sacheteno salt
  4. 1/4 spoon.baking soda
  5. 1 bowltur dal
  6. 1/4 bowlmung dal
  7. 1 cupTomato puri
  8. 1/2 cupImly pulp
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 spoonSambar masala
  11. Kri leaves,rae for chok
  12. Oil,drum stick,potato,onion
  13. 1 1/2 spoonRed chilli powder .,
  14. 1/2 spoonhaldi powder

Cooking Instructions

    Rwa mein curd or salt dal kar 3 hour rest ke liye rkhenge..

    Tuar dal mein mung dal mix kar ke 3- 4 hour ke liye soak kar ke rkhenge..

    Ab ese cooker mein dal kar water or haldi dal kar whistle lagalenge

    Ab Esme drum stick,aloo kta hua,peas,chopped onion dal kar dhakkr fr se cook krenge. ab tomato puri or imly ka pulp b dal denge.

    Ab water dal kar boil krenge..

    Ab rae pan mein oil dal kar rae or kri leaves dal kar imidetly sambr masala red chilli powder or hing dal kar dal mein dal denge..

    Ab idli ke better mein soda or eno dal kar or jrurt ho to water dal kar ache se mix krenge or idli ke danche ko grees kar ke idli bana lenge..
