Ingredients

  1. 1/4medium yam tuber
  2. 3eggs
  3. 2 cubeknorr
  4. 3red pepper
  5. 1small onion bulb
  6. 4 tablespoonvegetable oil
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. leafLittle sliced scent

Cooking Instructions

    Peel yam back,wash and cube.Get a clean pot pour the yam,add little salt and water place on heat boil for 5min.

    Break egg and whisk,blend pepper,onion add to the whisked egg,salt and maggi stir everything together.

    Pour boiled yam into the egg mixture.Place pan on heat add two tablespoon of vegetable oil allow to get hot for 1min.

    Then put the yam rubbed in egg,pour in the pan to fry after 2min flip other side to cook for 2 min.

    Do the same for the second portion and serve sprinkle scent leaf and serve in a plate enjoy with a cup of tea very delicious.
