Ingredients

  1. 1 largeRed Onion
  2. 2 largeRoma Tomato's
  3. 12 stickCrab Sticks
  4. 3Advocado's
  5. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  6. 1Salmon Creme Cheese
  7. 100 gramsSmoked Sakmon
  8. 1Blue Cheese
  9. 1Salt & Pepper
  10. 1Tower Mould

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Place mould in a serving dish.

    Dice Tomato and Onion and Mix Together and Salt & Pepper to taste!

    Cut Crab Sticks into small portions and mix with mayonaise and one tablespoon Salmon Creme Cheese

  4. 4

    Cut Avocado's into pieces add salt & Pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Cut Salmon into piece's 3cm x 3cm

  6. 6

    Now that all the ingrediets has been prepared Seperatley using a table spoon evenly layer starting with the Tomato and Onion mix, then the Crabstick , Diced Advocado's , Creme Cheese , Salmon

    Once you have Layered your Tower slowly retract the Tower Mould

  8. 8

    Add some Blue Cheese for that last Finishing touch and to bring all the Flavours toghether serve with a slice of lemon
