Ingredients

  1. For Sambhar
  2. 1 cuparhar dal
  3. Salt
  4. Turmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tspCumin
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Coriander powder
  9. 1Onion
  10. 2Tomato
  11. 1 tspGinger garlic
  12. 1 cupMix veg
  13. Garam masala powder
  14. pinchHing
  15. 1 tbspImli paste
  16. For Idli
  17. 1 cupurad dal
  18. 1/2 cuprice
  19. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    For sambar

    Take pressure cooker add oil, mustard seeds, cumin, let it splutter. Add ginger garlic and saute.

    Add onion, tomato, mix veg and mix. Add arhar dal. Add water and mix well.

    Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

    Sambhar is ready.

    For idli

  7. 7

    Soak urad dal & rice overnight. Grind it in paste.

  8. 8

    Add salt and mix.
