Celery strawberries carrot

I received celery pickles as a souvenir and it was great. So I tried to make it at home easily. The souvenir version may have had more soy sauce.Once cooled completely, enjoy. My mom said celery is good for hair. I have thin hair and some part is quite 'bald'. I don't like celery but I need it...So I purchased a Philips Blender that has filter feature. Then I blend it.

Usually kimpira is made with gobo (burdock root and carrot), but I tried celery! It tastes so good! This will go great with rice or for your lunch (bento!!). If you like spicy stir fries, try adding a red chili or chili flakes. Leave it out if you don't or if making for kids ^^

I bought much carrot last night, I couldnt afford to just eat it with soup. I need to eat this in different way ! But , I am tired because of work, so I just sauté it with butter and garlic. Easy and Delish !
