Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1medium sized dry fish
  3. 2satchets of tomato puree
  4. 2 cubesknorr chicken
  5. 1 tbspepper
  6. 1/4 cupgroundnut oil
  7. Water
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice and pour into already boiling water. Allow to boil for 10 mins

    Pour it out in a sieve and rince out the starchy water.

    Put your pot on the stove, let it dry out then pour in the groundnut oil. Once heated up, put your onions then tomato.

    Allow to dry out a bit, then add your water, dry fish which has been washed, salt, pepper, knorrr

  5. 5

    Allow to boil well the put in the rice allow to cook. Once the rice is soft and water dried, your food is ready.

    Already had the veggies so i used it as a side dish
