  1. 4Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/4 cupBarbecue Sauce
  3. 1/4 cupBacon Bits
  4. 1 cupShredded Colby and Jack cheese
  5. 1 canRotel tomatoes (drained)
  6. 3Green Onions (sliced)
  7. 1Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Pound out chicken breasts to flatten. Season with pepper.

    Grill chicken until no long pink (either on a grill or in a pan for about 5 minutes on both sides) and place on baking sheet covered with foil.

    Top each chicken breast with one tablespoon bar-b-que sauce, 1/4 c. cheese, 1/4 c. tomatoes, green onions and one tablespoon of bacon bits. Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
