dal vada is a very easy to make and delicious to eat.
Cooking Instructions

Clean, wash, soak Chana dal in a deep bowl in enough hot water for 2 hours.

Drain water and blend Chana dal to coarse mixture without adding water.
- 3
Transfer the mixture into into a deep bowl, add all remaining ingredients. and mix well adjust masala as your according.
- 4
Make a round flat balls and deep fry the vada in med. hot oil, until golden colour.
- 5
Serve hot with coconut chutney and rasam
