Ingredients

2-3 Servings
  1. 3 CupsFlour
  2. 1 Tspsalt
  3. Cooking fat
  4. 2 CupsHot water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the flour & salt well. Add in 2-3Tbsp cooking fat (i used cowboy) mix well.

    Start pouring in the hot water, use one cup first, little by little as you mix it in till you form a dough.

    Knead the dough gently for about 5-10mins.

    Apply some oil and cover for at least 30mins. After 30 mins knead again for another 5mins then make 6-7 balls.

    Roll out the balls and apply oil. As pictured.

    Roll it up as pictured.

    Coil it up and set aside. Do the same for the rest.

    Apply a dab of oil on top of each, cover and let it sit.

    Place your pan/skillet on your stove, roll out your chapati and fry them on each side as you oil.

    Serve hot with stew of your choice, tea...... Enjoy!
