Crispy Charred Cauliflower

This was a happy, delicious accident after failing to make it to the oven on time when the time was up because I was preoccupied by my 1 year old. They were meant to be turned into cauliflower tots, but we're unusable for that. However, I like a little Charred flavor now and then and thought this was great for munching! 😉

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2
Place prepped cauliflower in in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss once more.
- 3
Spread out evenly on baking sheet, making sure there's plenty of space between florets. Bake until charred and crispy. Mine was about 30 minutes I believe. Hehe.

Easy Roasted Cauliflower Easy Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower may not be the most exciting of veggies, but roasting it completely changes the flavor. It is, by far, the best way to enjoy this veggie. This makes a wonderful side dish to any meal or it can be the starter to delicious cauliflower soup. This basic recipe calls for just salt, pepper and garlic powder, but it's also so good made with a variety of different seasonings. Christina -
Sweet & Sour Crispy Cauliflower Sweet & Sour Crispy Cauliflower
Today, I made Sweet & Sour Crispy Cauliflower, adapting a meat dish into a vegetable dish. The cauliflower is coated in batter and fried until crispy, then tossed in a sweet and sour sauce. I make this recipe often, and it's never boring. You can substitute other vegetables if you like, or enjoy the crispy fried vegetables without the sauce. It's delicious as a snack or served with rice. You have to try this dish! 😍❤🥰 Bambi ❤ CookingTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -
