I was so suprise seeing this receipe on cookpad never knew one can bake with mango.
My love for mango sha and is the seasoning again.
Cooking Instructions

Break the eggs in a bowl keep aside.

Sieve the flour and the baking powder in a clean bowl keep aside.

Whisk grandulated sugar and butter in a high speed till is fluffy.

Add the flour and baking powder whisk on a high speed it will fold in very well.because of its thickness add milk and whisk.

After whisking for 5minutes pour in the eggs.

Slice the mangoes remove the seeds and back then pour in a blender add water and blend till is smooth.

Pour inside the barter and whisk in a medium speed.

Preheat oven cream the pan with butter.

Pour in the barter in the pan and sprinkle the edible colours on it

Place in the oven bake for 30minutes.
