Ingredients

  1. 1finger ripe plantain
  2. 2fresh tomatoes
  3. 2fresh pepper
  4. 1/2medium onions
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 cubeknorr
  7. 2 tbspveg oil
  8. dashoregano

Cooking Instructions

    Wash plantain cut into 3 or 4 and parboil with the skin and a little salt for about 10 to 15 minutes; drain water and set aside

    Wash pepper, onions and tomatoes and dice; heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and once its hot, add onions and stir for about 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and pepper and stir together leave it to fry for about 5 minutes before add salt, knorr cube and dash of oregano

  4. 4

    Stir and remove from heat after 2 minutes of cooking the sauce, serve with boiled plantain and make sure to remove the plantain skin before serving
