Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 CBisquick
  2. 1/4 CSugar
  3. 2 tCinnamon
  4. 1/2 CApplesauce - natural
  5. 1/4 CMilk
  6. 1Egg
  7. 2 TOil
  8. 1 CFruit-optional
  9. topping
  10. 1 1/2 tCinnamon
  11. 1 CSugar
  12. 1/4 Cmelted Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Bisquick, Sugar, and Cinnamon and set aside

  2. 2

    Mix together applesauce, milk, eggs, and oil

  3. 3

    Combine the two mixtures. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.

  5. 5

    If adding fruit: frozen fruit (has to be slightly thawed) can be added now. Sprinkle on top once in the tins. Fresh fruit will work best if you cook the muffins approximately 5 minutes then press the fruit into the top of each muffin.

    Prep your topping mixing the Cinnamon and sugar melt your butter.

    Bake in preheated oven at 375 for 15 minutes

    Immediately remove from pan, dip in butter, roll in Cinnamon sugar topping, then allow to cool.
