    Wash and blend the green peppers and onion.grind the locust bean and crayfish

    Cook the meat and dry fish with salt,Onion and stock cubes.

  3. 3

    Boil the blended pepper till all the water drys up.Bleach the palmoil till is clear then pour in the blended pepper to fry but allow the oil to cool.

    Pour the Cray Fish and locust beans then the meat and fish and fry.

  5. 5

    Add salt and stock cubes allow it to summer for 5minutes and is ready.
