Cooking Instructions

Clean and wash spinach. Roughly chop it. Pressure cook it with half garlic, half green chillies and salt for 10 min.

Let the pressure release and cool down. Now make puree of spinach and keep aside.😊

Cut paneer into your desired shape and keep aside.😊

Now chop onions, remaining garlic, ginger and green chillies.

Chop Tomatoes

Take 1 tsp cumin seeds and 2 Whole Red Chillies

Now for tadka. Take a Wok. Add Ghee. Heat. Add Cumin seeds and red chillies. Let Cumin Seeds splutter. Add Asafoetida.

Now add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute.

Add chopped onion

Saute till onion is golden in colour

Add chopped tomatoes

Saute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Fry till tomatoes are cooked and ghee separates.😊

Add pureed PALAK

Mix properly and cook for 10 min on medium flame.
