I like to make things from scratch as then I'm sure they're completely safe for Jack to eat. He enjoys a curry, not too hot but full of flavour. Feel free to add extra cayenne /chilli powder or take away. You can even sub both for sweet paprika in the same amounts Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -

Use the curry powder strength and amount that suits your taste. My kids loved this even when they were really young and as they've grown they like it a wee bit hotter. The corn makes quite a sweet tasting sauce so keep tasting as you add the powder! Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -

My herb garden is doing really well this year - in particular, the rosemary bush. I replanted it in another area of my garden and it's definitely loving the new spot. Lots of people plant herbs for decoration but mine are certainly for cooking with! This recipe requires a marinade time of 3 hours but then only takes 10 - 20 minutes to actually cook Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
Vickys Homemade Balti Curry Paste, GF DF EF SF NF Vickys Homemade Balti Curry Paste, GF DF EF SF NF
Balti is my favourite curry. It has a rich tomato taste with great zesty flavour coming from the coriander, lemon and sweet spices. The spice mix is delicious and it goes well with any fish, meat, poultry or vegetable selection. Use this paste to fry the meat/poultry etc in to seal the meat before adding the curry sauce for a deeper flavour Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -

This is a special curry, great for entertaining. It's not a scorching hot curry but feel free to add more heat if you want too. The heat comes more from the mustard seeds than the pepper really here, it's more delicately flavoured and the fruit helps balance it out Vicky@Jacks Free-From Cookbook -
