Ingredients

  1. I..............Chicken and Stock
  2. 2 cupscarrots, chopped
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2-1/2 quartswater
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  6. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic
  8. 2small onions, chopped
  9. 4chicken thighs bone in skin on
  10. 1/2 teaspoonground sage
  11. II............. Soup
  12. 1 poundwhole green beans
  13. 8 ouncescubed ham
  14. 6large eggs
  15. 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
  16. 1/4 cupparsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put carrots onion, chicken, water, garlic, paprika, salt, turmeric, onions and paprika into a pot.

    Boil, covered, for 25 minutes. Remove the chicken. Remove skin and the meat from bone. Shred the meat and add back in pot.

    Except the eggs and parsley, add the rest of the ingredients.

    Beat the eggs and mix the parsley together

  5. 5

    Stir the soup, and pour the egg mixture in as it stirs. Stir well. Let eggs get done. Taste adjust to your liking and cover and let sit 10 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
