Ingredients

  1. I full fresh hen
  2. 1medium onion sliced
  3. 2 tablespoonchopped ginger
  4. 7 piecesatarodo pepper
  5. 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  6. 2knorr cube
  7. 2 tablespoongrounded crayfish
  8. I cup of scent and utazi leaf sliced
  9. 1 tablespoonpepper soup spice

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the garlic,onions, ginger, pepper and set aside, wash the leaf slice and set aside

  2. 2

    Put all ingredient to the pot of chicken, except the leaf add water about 7-8 cups of water.

    Bring to a boil for 30mins and simmer until chicken is tender then add the utazi leaf. add water if necessary.

    Adjust for seasonings and thickness. Serve warm.
